CHAPTER XX
Referendum

| Initiation | Voting Procedure |
Section 20.01. The House of Delegates or the Board of Directors may by a two-thirds (2/3rds) vote of the members present and voting at a meeting thereof, order a general referendum on any question pending before those bodies.
Section 20.02. The question shall then be submitted to the voting members of this Society who may vote by mail. A valid referendum shall require a vote by at least one-third (1/3rd) of the members eligible to vote, and a majority vote of the members voting shall determine the question. The voting shall be considered completed at the end of thirty (30) days from the day the question of the referendum is deposited in a United States Post Office.
