PGA80 Industry Symposia

PGA industry-sponsored symposia must be independent, non-CME educational programs..

Symposium Guidelines

1. Program Approval
The proposed symposium content must be submitted to PGA in advance for review and approval. The submission should include the symposium title, topic(s), faculty, learning objectives, date, time, location, and any other relevant program information.

2. Promotional Materials
Invitations promoting the symposium may be distributed as a meeting program insert if provided by the sponsoring company. All promotional materials must include the following statements:

  • This program is not associated with or part of the 80th PostGraduate Assembly in Anesthesiology.
  • Funding for this program has been provided through an unrestricted educational grant from [Company Name].

3. Sponsor Responsibilities
The sponsoring company is solely responsible for all expenses associated with the symposium, including but not limited to audio/visual services, food and beverage, speaker travel and accommodations, honoraria, and any additional program-related costs.
